What made you want to join us and what is making you stay here in the clan? Is there anything I could do to make this clan better? Or is it fine that way it is?

Give out RCON to more members who you feel are "worthy" (maybe if they donate, or you know them well, etc.) so they can better enforce the rules, change the maps, etc. based on what the crowd wants. I think that would be a major improvement.
