new serrver box im not impressed my ping gone up from 142 to 222 not good 4 me !

I would keep an eye on it and see if it stays that way. Mine was about double what it usually was on thew older one. If It stays high, I would start to complain to the server people and see what can be done about it. Anyone else getting the same thing?

Powers, your ping is higher because its about 10,000km away from your house.. Its in california not chicago anymore

i got low ping..im loving it..i kinda had low ping anyways..but its lower than it was..our server is starting to get back to wat it used to be that 1 day..

here's a screen shot of HLSW I was talking about on the server:
See how u can see what map it's on, who's on the server and a few other goodies.
Right click on the server and select "connect" and it'll connect u to the server u clicked on.
It'll even bypass needing the CD to fire up lol
Plus you can add other game server IP's like counter strike source.
In a glimse you can see who's on what ever and connect right away.
No need to check the games buddy list out when u have HLSW
O yeah....u can also do RCON commands from HLSW ..u can control the game server as if you were at the console.
